Stand Design & Build

We want to make the process of planning your exhibition stand design and build as simple, straight-forward, as stress-free as possible. First we’ll arrange an initial meeting where we’ll get to know you, your company, and your requirements. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions and address any queries you might have.

Before the meetings, we’d advise you to think about the following key questions:

• What is your budget?
• What size does the exhibition stand need to be?
• How will you transport the exhibition stand?
• Will the stand be used for a one-off event or at multiple events?
• Do you want to incorporate technology?
• Do you have any ideas or preferences in terms of colour, lighting, design?

Once the introductions are over and we’ve got a better understanding of your needs, our skilled and experienced designers and project managers will get to work. We’ll start by researching your brand and your marketplace position, and using this information to develop the solutions we believe will help your company achieve its goals. We’ll then produce 3D images of the proposed stand so you can really envisage what the finished product will look like.

We want to ensure that your  exhibition stand design and build delivers maximum impact with minimum cost to you. With this in mind, we’ll always take your budget into account and ensure that we present you with options that optimise the budget available to us. We’ll also provide detailed costings at every stage of the process so you have a comprehensive understanding of how your money is being spent.
